OTTAWA, Kan. – The 2025 All-KCAC Women's Tennis Teams have been released the conference office announced on Tuesday morning. The Braves have three players named to the All-KCAC Team.
Paula Persson, a junior from Falkenberg, Sweden, was named Second Team All-KCAC. Competing in singles, she has an overall record of 19-9 and a KCAC mark of 10-2. Persson is 15-5 in no. 2 singles. In doubles, she has an overall record of 14-11 and a KCAC mark of 8-3. Persson is 13-8 in no. 1 doubles.
Valeria Rodriguez, a senior from Bradenton, Fla., earned Second Team All-KCAC honors. She has an overall singles mark of 15-11 and a KCAC record of 7-5. She is 12-8 in no. 1 singles. Competing in doubles, Rodriguez has an overall record of 14-11 and a KCAC mark of 8-3. She is 13-8 in no. 1 doubles.
Camryn Medina, a freshman from Olathe, Kan. was named Honorable Mention All-KCAC. She has a singles mark of 13-8 and a KCAC record of 9-3. Medina is 13-7 in no. 4 singles. Competing in doubles, she has an overall record of 9-8 and a KCAC mark of 7-2. Medina is 9-8 in no. 2 doubles.
Ottawa returns to the court on Thursday, April 24 for the KCAC Tournament quarterfinals. OU will play the fifth seed, the University of Saint Mary at 2:00 p.m. in Lindsborg, Kan.
