Brookelynn Becker has been named KCAC Player of the Week the conference office announced on Monday afternoon.
Becker, an infielder from Warrensburg, Mo., hit .667 (10-for-15) in four games last week in Mesquite, Texas. She scored eight runs, hit four doubles and three triples, drove in seven runs, had a 1.333 slugging percentage, was hit by a pitch once, had a .688 on base percentage, and was 1-for-1 in stolen base attempts. In the win over no. 16 Missouri Baptist, she was 2-for-4 at the plate. Becker scored one run, hit two doubles, and drove in a run.
Braves (4-0) return to the diamond on Wednesday, Feb. 11 at Alumni Park against Park University. First pitch is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
