OTTAWA, Kan. – The 2026 All-KCAC Baseball Teams have been announced, and Ottawa University placed nine student-athletes on the all-conference lists, highlighted by KCAC Pitcher of the Year honors for
Adrian Quintana and two Gold Glove selections.
First Team All-KCAC
Adrian Quintana headlined Ottawa's First Team selections, earning KCAC Pitcher of the Year honors after a dominant campaign on the mound. Quintana posted an 8-1 record with a 2.18 ERA, tossing five complete games and four shutouts while striking out 57 batters in 62.0 innings. He was named KCAC Pitcher of the Week twice.
Julius Ryan and
Dylan Snead anchored one of the top offenses in the conference.
- Ryan hit .392 with 65 hits, 64 RBI, and 59 runs scored, adding 19 doubles, five triples, and six home runs while posting a .523 on-base percentage. He had 37 stolen bases.
- Snead batted .369 with 62 hits, 68 runs scored, and 59 RBI, tallying nine home runs and 37 stolen bases.
Jeremy Freeman, Jr. also earned First Team honors after hitting .339 with 60 hits, 60 RBI, and 34 stolen bases.
Gold Glove Selections
Julius Ryan added Gold Glove honors at third base, showcasing elite defense to go along with his offensive production.
Jalen Ryan also earned a Gold Glove selection at center field after posting a .980 fielding percentage in 50 games.
Second Team All-KCAC
Kenneth Johnson and
Luis Diaz represented Ottawa on the Second Team.
- Johnson went 4-0 with a 1.90 ERA, striking out 40 batters in 42.2 innings.
- Diaz finished with a 3.31 ERA over 35.1 innings, recording 32 strikeouts and limiting opponents to a .182 batting average.
Third Team All-KCAC
Dane Lujan and
Kiene Prendez rounded out Ottawa's selections.
- Lujan hit .350 with seven home runs and a .725 slugging percentage in limited action.
- Prendez made 12 starts on the mound, earning four wins while logging over 50 innings.
Entering the KCAC Tournament, the Braves have an overall record of 38-12 and finished second in the KCAC with a record of 25-11.
