2014: Garcia finished the Romp on the Ridge hosted by Hutchinson Community College with a time of 30:17. He ran a time of 29:26 at the Haskell Indian Nations Invitational. Garcia had a time of 30:31 at the Bethel Invitational. He finished the Mid States Classic hosted by Southwestern College with a time of 30:09. Garcia ran a time of 28:38.5, his best of the season, at the KCAC Championships.

High School: Garcia earned four letters in cross country and track for Great Bend High School. He earned All-Conference honors in cross country and track. Garcia was a regional runner up in cross country and track. He earned third place in the 800M at the Kansas State High School Track and Field Meet.

Personal: Son of Cecilia Garcia ... born October 19, 1995 ... engineering major. He is the younger brother of former Brave track and cross country runner JC Garcia. Garcia enjoys watching the Thrower's Relay and the steeplechase at track meets.
