Outdoor 2015: Kessler had a season’s best time of 1:10.17 in the 400M Hurdles. She earned All-KCAC in the 400M Hurdles with a time of 1:10.19.
Indoor 2015: Kessler earned All-KCAC honors in the 400M Dash at the KCAC Championships with a time of 1:02.71. She had a time of 1:49.98 in the 600M at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge. Kessler was part of the 4x400M Relay team.
Outdoor 2014: In the 400M at the PSU Open, Kessler ran a season best time of 1:03.46. At the KCAC Outdoor Championships, she earned All-KCAC honors in the 400M Hurdles with a time of 1:09.21. Kessler ran a personal best time of 1:08.11 at the Sam Williams Twilight Qualifier. Kessler was part of the 4x400M Relay team that ran a season’s best time of 4:12.03 at the KCAC Outdoor Championships.
Indoor 2014: Performing at the MSSU Lion Invite, Kessler had a season’s best jump of 14-05.50 in the long jump. At the KCAC Indoor Championships, she had a season best jump of 32-06.50 in the triple jump. Kessler ran a season best time of 1:03.53 in the 400M at the KCAC Indoor Championships.
Outdoor 2013: Kessler earned All-KCAC honors in the 400M at the KCAC Championships with a fourth place finish. She ran a personal best time of 1:00.74. In the triple jump, Kessler had a season’s best jump of 34-02.75 at the Darrel Gourley Open.
Indoor 2013: In her first collegiate indoor season, Kessler finished 16th in the 200M at the KCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 28.79. She placed eighth in the triple jump with a leap of 32-00. Kessler had a personal best 33-08.50 in the triple jump at the Concordia Classic (1/27). She ran a personal best in the 200M (28.76) at the Mule Relays (2/1).
High School: Kessler was a four year letter winner in soccer and track for Paola High School. She earned three letters in basketball for the Panthers. Kessler was a Second Team All-Conference selection on the soccer pitch. She earned Second Team All-Conference honors on the basketball court, was a Burlington Invitational All-Tournament Team selection, and was a two-time state qualifier on the track. Kessler was a state track medalist in 2011.
Personal: Daughter of Dave and Heidi Kessler ... born September 23, 1993.... biology major. She is also a member of the OU women’s soccer team.
