2016: He finished 33rd at the 4K ZK Maple Leaf Invitational with a time of 20:36.12. Hensley placed 56th at the Haskell Indian Nations University Invite, running a time of 33:04.48. He ran a time of 34:42.9 at the Mid-States Classic hosted by Southwestern College to finish 175th. At the 2016 KCAC Cross Country Championships, Hensley placed 70th with a time of 30:43.0.

2015: Hensley finished 51st at the Haskell Indian Nations University Invite with a time of 30:55.05. He ran a time of 30:35.90 at the Southwestern Mid States.  Hensley placed 72nd at the KCAC Men’s Cross Country Championships, running a time of 30:51.5.
