Ottawa University

2016-17: Rice played and started in all 31 games as a junior, earning Third Team All-KCAC. He averaged 17.5 points and 4.7 rebounds per game. Rice shot 49.4 percent from the floor, 38.1 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 73.9 percent from the free throw line. He tallied 146 rebounds, 31 assists, 11 blocks, and 29 steals. Rice scored a career high 29 points against Avila University (11/4) and had a career high 11 rebounds versus Graceland University (11/5).

Chandler-Gilbert Community College: Attended CGCC for one year.

High School: Rice was a four year letterman in basketball and earned two letters in track at Coronado High School. He led the Cougars to two trips to the Colorado State Basketball Tournament. Rice was a three-time All-State selection, earning First Team honors. On the track he was a two-time state participant finishing in the top seven in both of his trips to state.  

Personal: Rice is the son of Dave and Betsy Rice and plans to major in exercise science.Rice joins CGCC teammate Will Owens at OU.
