2017: Cott-Laurie earned First Team All-KCAC and was a member of the KCAC Gold Glove Team at catcher. She played and started in 59 games. Cott-Laurie had 68 hits in 184 at bats for a .370 batting average. She scored 15 runs, hit two doubles, one triple, and five homeruns. Cott-Laurie drove in 42 runs, had a .500 slugging percentage, walked 11 times, and had a .405 on base percentage. Behind the plate, she threw out 14 runners.
2016: In her freshman season, Cott-Laurie played and started in 50 games. She earned Honorable Mention All-KCAC honors as a utility player for the Braves, both catching and a designated player. Cott-Laurie led the team in batting average, going 56-for-161 at the plate for a .348 average. She scored 18 runs, hit 20 doubles, connected on four homeruns, drove in 40 runs, had a .559 slugging percentage, walked eight times, was hit by a pitch twice, had a .386 on base percentage, and went 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts. Cott-Laurie threw out 11 runners from behind the plate. She had 16 multi-hit games, hitting a career high four hits against Midland University (3/12). Cott-Laurie connected on her first collegiate home run against the University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma (3/4) and hit her first double versus Avila University (2/6). She finished the year ranked 14th in the NAIA in doubles per game (0.4) and 17th in total doubles (20).
High School: Cott-Laurie earned four letters in softball for Topeka High School. She was an All-City, All-League, and All-State catcher for the Trojans. Cott-Laurie led the Trojans to the state tournament and was selected in 2012 and 2014 to play in the All-Star Game.
