Biography

2018-19: In his sophomore season, King played in 12 Tier 2 games. He had a 1720 pin total and a 143.333 average. King had a season high 505 pin total and a season high 168.333 average at the Andy B’s Team Challenge.

2017-18: King played in 36 games as a freshman for the Braves. He had a season high pin total (1000) and average (166.66) at the Jayhawk Challenge. King finished the season with a pin total of 5471 and a 151.97 average.

High School: King lettered in bowling at Clear Brook High School. He was voted by the team and awarded the King Pin. It is an award that is given to the student-athlete for outstanding achievement in the areas of skill, attendance, and contribution. King participated in the 2016 South East Houston Regional and District State. He also helped CBHS to a 2017 South East Houston Region and to a Co-District Championship. King was named All-District Houston South East. Outside of bowling, King lettered in Technical Theater, participating in UIL and lettered in sign language. He has been a PAL volunteer to at risk kids. As a dual credit student, he was nominated to PHI THETA KAPPA and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
