2020: Mendoza was named was selected Second Team All-KCAC. He helped block for the 13th ranked running attack in the NAIA (1721 yards) and the 15th ranked scoring offense (284 points).

2018: Mendoza was OU’s starting tackle as a junior.
2017: Mendoza was part of the OU offensive line as a sophomore.
2016: Mendoza played on special teams as a freshman.
High School: Mendoza earned three letters in football, two in wrestling, and one in track for W.B. Ray High School. In 2016, Mendoza placed fifth at the Texas State Wrestling Tournament.
