Outdoor: In the 200m race, she set her best time at the Friends Spring Open with 29.28… The Baker Relays saw her run the 400m in 1:09.54. 

Indoor: Ran a 1:13.31 400m at the Friends Invitational

Outdoor 2020: Redshirt.

Indoor 2020: Salas ran a personal best time of 29.66 in the 200M at the KCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. She finished the Bill Butterworth Classic with a time of 1:07.23 in the 400M. Salas was part of the distance medley relay (DMR) team that competed at the KCAC Championships. They finished with a time of 14:34.17.

High School: Salas lettered in cross country and track at Holy Cross of San Antonio. She was a 400M district runner up, a regional runner up and state qualifier. Salas helped lead her 4x200M and 4x400M relay teams to a regional runner up and the 4x400M relay team to a state appearance. Off the track, she was a member of the Knights forensics team.

Personal: Daughter of Roy and Sylvia Salas ... communications major. Her father, Roy, is a Braves Athletic Hall of Fame (BAHOF) member and was part of the OU football and track teams. Her mother, Sylvia, is an OU alumna and her sister Daisi Salas is a member of the OU softball team. Salas trained at Pure Speed Performance under coach Ruben Flowers.
