Grizzle is in her first season with Ottawa women's track team.
2019-20: Grizzle played and started in 27 games her sophomore season. She averaged 10.1 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. Grizzle shot 39.4 percent from the floor, 19.1 percent from behind the 3-pt line and 69.4 percent from the free throw line. She scored a season high 16 points three times with the last being against Avila University (2/5) and had a season high 13 rebounds versus Southwestern College (1/18).
2018-19: Grizzle played in 28 games as a freshman, making 26 starts. She earned Honorable Mention All-KCAC and was named to the All-KCAC Freshman Team. Grizzle averaged 9.6 points and seven rebounds per game. She shot 41.9 percent from the floor, 37.1 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 58.7 percent from the free throw line. Grizzle had four double-doubles. She scored a career high 22 points against York College and had a career high 16 rebounds versus Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
High School: Grizzle lettered in cross country, tennis, basketball, and track at DeSoto High School. She helped lead the Wildcats to two, sub-state championships in 2016 and 2017. Grizzle earned Tonganoxie All-Tournament Team honors in 2016 and 2017, she was named Second Team All-Sunflower in 2016, was a Lawrence Journal World All-Area selection in 2016, earned Honorable Mention All-State in 2016, was named Wichita Eagle's Girls All-Class Honorable Mention, earned All-Tournament Team honors at the Hutamaki Hardwood Classic in 2016 and 2017 and helped lead DHS to the 2016-17 Hutamaki Hardwood Classic championship. Grizzle did well in the classroom, earning All-Academics in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
Personal: Daughter of Beth and James Grizzle ... biology major. Grizzle played for the Della Lamb under coach Davide in the off season. She is the youngest of eight children.
