2023: As a junior, Deleon played in 36 games and made 14 starts. He had a .200 batting average (9-45), scored nine runs, hit three doubles, two home runs, had five RBI, a .400 slugging percentage, walked 12 times, was hit by a pitch twice, had a .390 on base percentage, and stole three bases.
2022: Deleon played in 39 games, making 37 starts in his first season in an OU uniform. He finished the year with a .257 batting average, scored 18 runs, had 29 hits, hit eight doubles and two home runs, drove in 26 runs, had a .381 slugging percentage, walked 17 times, was hit by a pitch eight times, had a .386 on base percentage, and a .953 fielding percentage. As a pitcher, Deleon made two starts and finished the year with a 4.22 ERA. He struck out eight in 4.1 innings.
Taft College: Deleon had a .193 batting average, a .313 on base percentage, and a .211 slugging percentage. He drove in four runs, walked seven times, and scored four runs. As a pitcher, Deleon was named Second Team All-CVC, striking out 20 in 26 innings and finishing with a 4.50 team best ERA.
High School: Deleon lettered in baseball at Greeley West High School, earning All-Conference honors for the Spartans.
Personal: Son of Ana Montes ... exercise science major. Deleon played travel ball for the Colorado Cyclones.
