Ottawa University

Pittsburg State University: McClelland played two seasons at PSU. He played in 67 games and made 21 starts. McClelland hit .276, scored 24 runs, hit five doubles and 12 home runs, drove in 36 runs, had a .610 slugging percentage, walked 14 times, was hit by a pitch nine times, and had a .388 on base percentage. He was a member of the MIAA Honor Roll.

Coffeyville Community College. McClelland spent three seasons, including a CoVID 19 shortened 2020 season, as a member of the Raven baseball team. He played in 98 games, finishing with 106 hits, 87 runs scored, 22 doubles, three triples, and 22 home runs. McClelland drove in 78 runs, walked 45 times, stole nine bases, hit .343, had a .448 on base percentage, and a .647 slugging percentage. McClelland earned First Team All-Jayhawk honors in 2021 and set the CCC single season home run record.

High School: McClelland lettered in baseball at Olathe South High School. He was an Honorable Mention All-Sunflower League selection as a senior, hitting .296 with five home runs and 28 RBI.

Personal: Son of Thad and Audra McClelland ... sports leadership major. McClelland played travel ball for the KC Bullets for coach Dale Reed.
