Ottawa University

2023: Banister made four appearances at the varsity level in his first season in an OU uniform. He had three at bats, scored a run, and walked once.  

Pierce College: As a freshman in 2022, Banister played in 14 games. He had a .263 (5-for-19) batting average, scored six runs, drove in three, walked seven times, had four stolen bases, and finished the season with a .462 on base percentage, and a .263 slugging percentage. 

High School: Banister lettered in baseball at Seattle Christian High School. He was a three-time All-League selection and twice was named All-State.

Personal: Son of Kari Banister ... communications major. Banister played travel ball for GBG Northwest under coach Justin Gabrial. His brother, Kyle Banister, was an All-KCAC performer at third base for the Braves (2019-2021).
