Ottawa University

2024: Perez made 11 appearances and six starts. He had a 8.78 ERA and a record of 1-1. In 27.2 innings, Perez struck out 21.

2023: As a redshirt sophomore, Perez appeared in 10 games and made seven starts. He had a 4.28 ERA, striking out 46 in 40 innings. Perez had a record of 4-1 and opponents had a .230 batting against him.

Summer 2022: Perez was part of the 2022 Collegiate Sunset Summer League Championship team.  

2022: In his freshman season, Perez made nine appearances and made seven starts on the mound for the Braves. He finished the season with a 5.96 ERA, a record of 3-0, and struck out 23 in 25.2 innings pitched.

Cal Poly Pomona: Perez spent two and a half years as a member of the Bronco baseball program.

High School: Perez lettered in baseball at Bonita High School. He had a 3.57 career ERA for the Bearcats. Perez earned Palomares League All-Academic honors in 2018-19.

Personal: Son of Luis Perez and Sylvia Perez ... finance major. Perez played travel ball for West Covina Dukes under coach Wallace Gonzalez. He is a chicken sandwich connoisseur.
