Outdoor: Ran the 1500m at the Southwestern Relays in 6:09.26… The Sophomore ran the 5000m in 22:11.74 at the Baker Relays…   

Indoor: The distance runner ran her personal best 800m in 2:56.72 at the Friends Invitational… Her best 1-mile time was a 6:48.00 at the KCAC Championships… In the 3000m, she finished in 13:35.69 at the KCAC Championships… She was also a part of the 4x800 relay teams.

Outdoor 2020: Redshirt.

Indoor 2020: Fritz ran a personal best time of 3:06.61 in the 800M at the Bill Butterworth Classic. She ran the mile in a time of 7:04.97 at the Missouri Southern Lion Open. At the Wichita State Invitational, Fritz ran a time of 14:03.45 in the 3000M. She was part of the 4x800M Relay and distance medley relay (DMR) teams that ran at the KCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. The 4x800M Relay team ran a time of 10:59.76 and the DMR finished with a time of 14:34.47.

Outdoor 2019: Fritz ran a personal best time in the 1500M at the KCAC Championships (6:04.05). She finished the 5000M in a time of 25:05.15 at the Tabor Invitational. Fritz ran the 800M in a time of 3:02.21 at the Baker Relays. She was part of the 4x800M Relay team at the KCAC Championships. They finished the race in a time of 11:12.41.

Indoor 2019: Redshirt

High School: Fritz lettered in cross country and track and Southeast of Saline High School.

Personal: Daughter of John and Cindy Fritz ... accounting major. Her sister, Morgan Fritz, attended Ottawa University.
