Biography

2012: In her first collegiate season, Frederick appeared in 11 sets. She finished the season with 27 kills, had a hitting percentage of .362, seven digs, and three blocks. Frederick had a career high 15 kills and three blocks against Southwestern Christian University (9/29).
 
High School: Frederick was a two year letter winner on the volleyball court for Lancaster High School. She also earned one letter in swimming. Frederick was named to the all-tournament team at the Sylmar Tournament and earned First Team All-League honors as a senior. She was named Most Improved as a junior by her teammates and was named MVP as a senior. In swimming, Frederick was named MVP.
