STERLING, Kan. – The Ottawa University men's tennis team moved to 4-0 in the KCAC with a 5-2 victory over Sterling College on Saturday afternoon.
 
Jarmo Perez Wienese and Enzo Ceravolo won their no. 1 doubles match 6-3 over Pedro Felipoff and Angel Marin. Oscar Giorgio and Ben Russell took a 6-3 victory over Patricio Cifuentes and David Garces in no. 2 doubles. In no. 3 doubles, Bernardo Figueiredo and Santiago Tartaglia defeated Kazuki Fukushima and Kyosuke Ishida 7-5.
 
Tartaglia won his no. 2 singles match 6-2, 6-2 over Yohann Molle. Giorgio won 2-6, 6-0, 6-3 in no. 4 singles over Ishida. Ceravolo took a 4-6, 6-4, 7-6 victory over Cifuentes in no. 5 singles. Figueiredo won his no. 6 singles match against Marin 7-6, 7-5. Perez Wienese retired in his no. 1 singles match and Russell fell 6-2, 3-6, 7-6 in no. 3 singles to Louis Boisdenghien.
 
The Braves (8-6, 4-0) return to the court on Monday, March 24 against Avila University in Forest Park. The match is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m.
