OTTAWA, Kan. – Ottawa University put together a strong effort in singles and doubles play, but Oklahoma Wesleyan University pulled away for a 5-2 victory on Thursday afternoon at Forest Park.

Enzo Ceravolo and
Jarmo Perez Wienese set the tone early with a commanding 6-0 win.
OKWU responded by taking the other two doubles matches to claim the doubles point.
Perez Wienese and
Valentin Corriger delivered in straight sets at No. 3 and No. 4 singles, respectively, earning Ottawa's two team points. Perez Wienese controlled his match from start to finish, while Corriger matched that consistency with a solid all-around performance.
At the top spot, Ceravolo battled in a three-set thriller, bouncing back from a first-set loss with a dominant 6-0 second set before falling in the deciding set. Nathan Bartlett also pushed his match to three sets at No. 5, showing resilience before OKWU secured the win.
