ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Ottawa University men's tennis team fell 6-1 to Missouri Baptist University on Thursday afternoon at the Dwight Davis Tennis Center.
 
The Braves earned the doubles point. Ben Russell and Oscar Giorgio earned the 6-2 victory in no. 2 doubles. Santiago Tartaglia and Bernardo Figueiredo took a 6-1 victory in no. 3 doubles. Enzo Ceravolo and Jarmo Perez Wienese fell 6-4 in no. 1 doubles.
 
Perez Wienese lost 6-4, 6-0 in no. 1 singles. Santiago Tartaglia fell 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 in no. 2 singles. Ben Russell, playing no. 3 singles, lost 6-2, 3-6, 6-3. Giorgio was defeated 7-6(2), 7-2 in no. 4 singles. Ceravolo fell 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 in no. 5 singles. Bernardo Figueiredo lost 6-4, 6-2 in no. 6 singles.
 
Ottawa (3-2) returns to the court on Friday, March 8 in St. Louis, Mo. against Maryville University. The match is scheduled to begin at 1:45 p.m.
