OTTAWA, Kan. – Ottawa University defensive lineman Teagan Flynn was named KCAC Defensive Player of the Week the conference office announced on Tuesday morning.

Flynn, a senior from Lawrence, Kan., finished OU's 51-20 win over Sterling College with 6.5 sacks and one pass break up. His 6.5 sacks is a school record.

The Braves (2-1) return to the field on Saturday, Sept. 20 at AdventHealth Field against no. 20 Southwestern College. Kick off is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
