RED OAK, Iowa. - The Ottawa men's tennis team opened their spring season with a loss as they fell to Doane University by a score of 6-1 on Saturday.

Daniel Sanchez Rojas won the no. 3 singles match 6-1, 6-3, over Elliot Dassel, and Jarmo Perez Wienese and Enzo Ceravolo won the no. 1 doubles match 6-4 over Mats Vervloet and Jaime Asiain Banzo.

Ottawa (1-1) returns to the court on February 20 when they take on Morningside University in South Sioux City, Nebraska at 12 PM.
