OTTAWA, Kan. - The Ottawa men's tennis team suffered their first conference loss as they were defeated by Saint Mary, 5-2 on Thursday morning in Ottawa.
Jarmo Perez Wienese won the no. 1 singles match 2-6, 7-5, 6-2 over Nils Dueppe, and
Enzo Ceravolo won the no. 3 singles match over Evan Maritz, 6-4, 6-4.
In doubles,
Jarmo Perez Wienese and
Enzo Ceravolo won the no. 1 doubles match 6-4 over Nils Dueppe and Nudem Koyuncu.
Ottawa (2-4, 1-1 KCAC) returns to the court on March 14 as they travel to Salina, Kansas for a match at Kansas Wesleyan University.
