Outdoor 2015: Hook had a personal best throw of 125-03 in the hammer. He earned All-KCAC honors in the shot put for the second straight season with a personal best toss of 45-11. Hooks had a personal best throw of 128-05 in the discus to earn All-KCAC honors.

Indoor 2015: Hooks earned All-KCAC honors with a personal best throw of 44-00 in the shot put at the KCAC Championships. He had a persona best toss of 39-02 in the weight throw at the NWU Quad.

Outdoor 2014: Hooks earned All-KCAC honors in the shot put with a season’s best toss of 43-09 at the KCAC Outdoor Championships. He had a season’s best throw of 103-03 in the hammer at the Bo Boucek Invite.

Indoor 2014: Hooks had a season’s best toss of 35-08.75 in the weight throw at the KCAC Indoor Championships. He earned All-KCAC honors in the shot put with a season’s best throw of 43-10.50 at the KCAC Indoor Championships.

High School: Hooks lettered four seasons in football and track for Olathe East High School. He was named team captain of the OEHS football team as a senior. Hooks earned Honorable Mention All-Sunflower League honors in 2012.

Personal: Son of Marty and Tina Hooks … born July 6, 1994 … business administration major. He is also a member of the OU football team.
