Outdoor 2015: Gloss ran a personal best time of 17:20.27 in the 5000M at the Baker Relays. He was part of the 4x800M Relay team.

Indoor 2015: Gloss finished the 3000M with a season’s best time of 10:08.39 at the KCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. He ran a time of 17:35.94 in the 5000M at the Concordia Classic.

Outdoor 2014: In the 3000M, Gloss ran a personal best time of 10:24.84 at the Bo Boucek Invite. He ran a season’s best time of 17:47.23 in the 5000M at the PSU Open. At the KCAC Outdoor Championships, Gloss ran a personal best time of 37:18.55 in the 10000M.

Indoor 2014: Gloss ran a personal best time of 10:01.96 in the 3000M at the Dutch Athletic Classic.

High School: Gloss earned letters in cross country and track for Santa Fe Trail High School. He runs the 1600M and the 3200M in track. Gloss was a two-time all-conference performer, earning Honorable Mention honors in 2011 and Second Team honors in 2012. His favorite cross training workout is the six mile.  

Personal: son of Kevin and Sheri Gloss … accounting major. Gloss likes to watch sports and his favorite movies are “Glory Road” and “Facing the Giants.” His coach at SFTHS was OU alum Scott Flanary.
