2018-19: Finishing her junior season, she earned a 13-16 overall record and a 2-0 dual record. Henderson had six falls, one tech fall totalling seven pins for the season while earning the KCAC Champion of Character.
2016-17: As a sophomore, Henderson finished with an overall record of 15-12. She had a dual record of 4-2 and finished with nine total pins. At the NCWA National Championships, Henderson finished second in the 130 pound weight class, earning NCWA All-American honors. She was named a NCWA Scholar Athlete.
2015-16: In her first collegiate season, Henderson finished the year with an overall record of 4-14. She went 0-2 in dual matches. Henderson had two falls and two technical falls for a total of four pins.
High School: Henderson participated in wrestling at Washburn Rural High School. She finished second in 2014 at Kansas Girl’s State and attended Girl’s Nationals. In 2014, competing at the junior varsity level, Lacey finished second at the Burlington Invitational, first at the Olathe North Tournament, and fourth at the Blue Valley Tournament. She was a two-year member of National Honor Society and National Art Honor Society. Lacey was on the honor roll for all four years of high school and placed three-times at Scholastic Art contests.
Personal: Daughter of Scott and Maria Henderson ... communication major. Her twin sister Ashley is part of the OU women’s wrestling team.
