Ottawa University

2020-21: Laha punched her ticket to nationals at the Ottawa Challenge. She finished third in the 84kg weight class. Laha had 110kg on squat, 55kg on bench, and 120kg on deadlift for a total of 285kg. At the USA Powerlifting Collegiate National, Laha squatted 110kg had a bench press of 57.5 kg, and deadlifted 140kg for a 15kg PR. She tied her total PR of 307.5kg at the event.

2019-20: At the Kansas State Championships Laha earned a finish of second in the 84 kilo teen division. She went 8-for-9 in attempts with a 30 kilo personal best of 307.5 kilos. Laha also had PRs in squat and bench.

2018-19: Laha competed with 62 other athletes in the 72 Kg weight class in the USAPL Collegiate National Championships. She had a personal best mark of 107.5 Kg on squat and 57.5 Kg on the bench press. Those two totals along with her 105 Kg deadlift gave her a 270 Kg total.

High School: Laha lettered in volleyball and track at Goddard High School.

Personal: Daughter of Jon and Kristina Laha ... physical education major. She played club volleyball for Shockwave. Laha is also a member of the OU women's volleyball team.
