2020-21: At the USA Powerlifting Collegiate National, Houser finished fifth in the 84+ weight class. She squatted 192.5 kg for a 12.5kg PR, bench pressed 95kg for a 7.5kg PR, and deadlifted 192.5kg for a 7.5kg PR. Those marks brought her total to 480kg and a PR on her total of 32.5kg. At the Star City Showdown, Houser finished first in the women's junior 84+kg weight class. Houser hit personal marks in squat and deadlift. She also hit a new personal mark in total weight, finishing with a total of 442.5kg
2019-20: Houser was named Best Lifter at the Kansas State Championships, earning first in the 84+ kilo division and earned best lifter with a total PR of 422.5 kilos. She went 8-for-9 in attempts with a PR in squat, bench, and deadlift.
2018-19: At the Warrior Classic, Houser placed second in the 84+ kilogram weight class with a total of 387.5 kilograms. Competing at the USA Powerlifting Collegiate Nationals in the 84+ Kg weight class, Houser finished ninth. She had a personal best mark of 165 Kg in the squat, matched her personal best mark in bench with 77.5 Kg, and had a personal best mark of 182.5 Kg in the deadlift. Those weights gave her a new personal best mark of 425 Kg.
High School: Houser lettered in track and powerlifting at Mansfield Summit High School. She earned All-District and All-Area honors her senior season.
Personal: Daughter of Kenneth Houser and Jo Carol Robertson-Houser … psychology major. She is also a member of the OU track and field team.
