2022-23: As a sophomore, Darter qualified for his second straight NAIA National Championships. He earned All-KCAC honors in the 285lb weight class. Darter finished the season with a record of 23-12, a mark of 6-2 in duals, and had eight falls. He holds the school record for single season wins by weight at 285 and is fifth in wins by a sophomore (23).
2021-22: Darter qualified for the NAIA National Championships as a freshman and won the KCAC Championship in the 285lb weight class. He earned All-KCAC honors. Darter finished the season with an overall record of 17-5, a dual mark of 5-3, and had four falls. He is ranked 10th in the OU record book in wins by a freshman (17).
High School: Darter Jr. was part of the Bakersfield Driller team that finished eighth in state his freshman year, fourth in his sophomore year and sixth in his junior year. He was first in central section in 2020-21 and finished first at 2020 Doc Buchanan, first at the Battle of the Belt in 2019 and second at Battle for the Belt in 2020. Darter Jr. is a three-time Rumble for the Big Champ. He was 14th in the nation in the 220lb weight division and ranked second in 2020-21 Cali-State. He also finished third at NHSCA Nationals his freshman year and second at NHSCA Nationals his sophomore year.
