Outdoor 2012: Bland helped the 4x800M Relay team to a fifth place finish with a time of 8:29.25 and he ran a time of 2:05.30 to finish 18^th in the 800M at the at the KCAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Bland finished 21^st at the Mule Relays (4/20) in the 800M with a time of 2:05.95. He ran a time of 2:08.76 in the 800M at the Wendy’s Tabor College Invitational (4/18).
 
High School: Bland earned four letters in cross country and three in track for Arkansas City High School. He was an All-Walnut Valley League performer for the Bulldogs. Bland ran the 800M and was part of the 4x800M Relay.

Personal: Son of Tammy Bland ... born July 16, 1993 ... history major. He enjoys watching the 4x400M Relay and his favorite training workout is weights. Bland enjoys eating steak, watching the television show "The Sons of Anarchy" and watching the movie "Avatar."
