Indoor 2013: Coverdale finished 12^th in the 400M with a time of 58.43 and 10^th in the 60M Hurdles with a time of 10.21 at the KCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
 
Outdoor 2012: For the second straight season, Coverdale earned All-KCAC honors with a fifth place finish in the 400M Hurdles with season best time of 57.55.
 
Outdoor 2011: As a junior, Coverdale finished ninth in the 110M Hurdles and eighth in the 400M Hurdles at the Bulldog Invite. He finished 16th at the Bison Invitational in the 110M Hurdles and ninth in the 400M Hurdles. Coverdale ran a 16.53 in the 110M Hurdles and a 57.49 in the 400M Hurdles at the Tabor College Invitational. He earned All-KCAC honors at the KCAC Track and Field Championships in the 400M Hurdles with a time of 56.51, good for fifth place. Coverdale placed fifth at the Sam Williams Twilight Qualifier in the 400M Hurdles with a time of 58.16.

Outdoor 2010: Coverdale finished eighth at the Tabor College Meet in the 400M Hurdles with a time of 1:00.58. He placed seventh at the Mule Relays in the 400M Hurdles with a time of 59.71. Coverdale finished with a time of 1:00.04 at the Bethel College Meet in the 400M Hurdles. He placed seventh at the KCAC Track and Field Championships in the 400M Hurdles with a time of 1:04.61.

High School: Coverdale earned four letters in track and three in cross country for Holton High School. He was a two-time state qualifier in the 110M Hurdles and the 300M Hurdles. Coverdale earned All-Big 7 honors twice in both the 110M Hurdles and the 300M Hurdles. He was also a two-time All-Jackson County cross country team selection. Coverdale had a personal best of 15.3 in the 110M Hurdles and a personal best of 59.7 in the 300M Hurdles.
