Biography

2020-21: As a Sophomore, Wright had an overall record of 19-6 and a duals record of 5-1. He earned three falls, three tech falls and five major decisions. He led all Ottawa wrestlers with 84.5 team points. 

2019-20: As a freshman, Wright had an overall record of 27-15, a record of 7-2 in dual matches, and had four victories by fall and three by technical fall. He earned All-KCAC honors.

High School: Wright lettered in wrestling at Deer Creek High School. He was a two-time Oklahoma State Tournament qualifier and a two-time national team member. Wright earned over 40 victories at DCHS.

Personal: Son of Steve and Leslie Wright ... undecided on a major.
