Foos averaged 12.5 yards per reception and 46.2 receiving yards per game. He finished the season ranked 28th in the NAIA in total receptions (37) and 47th in total receiving yards (462).
2019: Foos had 52 receptions for 653 yards and eight touchdowns. He averaged 12.6 yards per reception and 65.3 receiving yards per game. Foos earned Honorable Mention All-KCAC at receiver and as a utility player. He had 15 punt returns for 59 yards. Foos, in his first collegiate passing attempt, threw a touchdown. He finished the season ranked 30th in the NAIA in punt return yards per attempt (3.9), 31st in receptions per game (5.2), and 39th in total receptions (52).
2018: As a sophomore, Foos earned Second Team All-KCAC as a punt returner. He had 36 receptions for 516 yards and six touchdowns. Foos averaged 14.3 yards per catch and 51.6 receiving yards per game. As a punt returner, Foos had 16 returns for 170 yards. He averaged 10.6 yards per punt return.
2017: Foos finished his freshman season with 16 receptions for 165 yards. He averaged 10.3 yards per catch and 41.3 receiving yards per game.
High School: Foos lettered in football, basketball, and track at Dighton High School. He led the team in offense and defense, was a 2016 Top 100 Senior Football player, and was named 2016 8M-II Defensive Player of the Year. Foos was a First Team 8M-II selection, finishing with 88 receptions for 1,331 yards, and 28 touchdowns. He rushed for 411 yards and eight touchdowns. Foos earned First Team All-NWKL honors at defensive back, receiver, and return specialist. He was named All-Area by the Garden City Telegram. Foos earned All-State honors from the Wichita Eagle and the Topeka Capital Journal. He earned First Team honors and was named the 2016 8M-II Offensive Player of the Year by the Hutchinson News. Foos earned Nex-Tech Wireless December 2016 Western Kansas Athlete of the Month honors. He helped Dighton to a state runner-up finish, was a 2017 8-Man All-Star Game participant, and played in the 2017 Kansas Shrine Bowl.
