Emporia State University: In 24 games in 2022, Rich hit .244, scored 20 runs, drove in 14, hit one double, two triples, seven home runs, was hit by a pitch three times, had a .354 slugging percentage, and a .326 on base percentage. He had 89 put outs, seven assists, and a .990 fielding percentage.

Allen Community College: In three seasons at ACC, Rich played in 102 games. He had a .390 batting average, scored 96 runs, hit 28 doubles, one triple, 14 home runs, tallied 93 RBI, walked 36 times, had 11 stolen bases, and finished with a .476 on base percentage, and a .610 slugging percentage. He earned First Team All-Conference and All-Region honors. He was a 2021 Rawlings Gold Glove selection.

High School: Rich lettered in baseball and wrestling at Blue Valley Southwest High School.

Personal: Son of Jaison and Kim Rich ... sports studies major. Rich played travel ball for Natural Baseball Academy for coach Scott Jones.
