2023: Gladden earned a spot on the 2023 KCAC Football Preseason Bissell Division Team. He was named Second Team All-KCAC as a redshirt junior. Gladden was second on the team in tackles with 90 (31/59). He had 14 tackles for loss, six sacks, and one forced fumble. Gladden finished the season ranked ninth in the NAIA in assisted tackles (59), 31st in total tackles (90), 44th in sacks (6), and 24th in sack yardage (51).
2022: Gladden was selected Honorable Mention All-KCAC in his redshirt sophomore season. He was fourth on the team in tackles with 55 (20/35), had 12.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, and one recovered fumble. Gladden was named an Iron Brave.
2021: In his CoVID freshman season, Gladden had 38 tackles (14 solo, 24 assisted), three tackles for loos, two sacks, one pass break up, and two recovered fumbles.
2020: As a freshman, Gladden had 20 tackles (12 solo/eight assisted), 4.5 tackles for loss, one sack and one fumble recovery.
High School: Gladden earned three letters on the football field in high school. He is a military child and attended high school at Kaiserslautern High School in Kaiserslautern, Germany, Leavenworth High School, and Platte County High School. Gladden was part of the 2019 Show Me Bowl, helping his team to a runner-up finish. He earned First Team All-District, Second Team All-Conference, Third Team All-State, and was awarded the PCHS Work Ethic Award in 2019.
