2022: Jeffers played and started in 53 games, earning Second Team All-KCAC honors in his first season as a Brave. He had a .310 batting average, scored 57 runs, and hit 16 doubles, one triple, and 11 home runs. Jeffers finished the year with 46 RBI, a .583 slugging percentage, 27 walks, was hit by a pitch 10 times, had a .419 on base percentage, and stole 17 bases.
Southeastern Oklahoma State University: Jeffers played in three games his redshirt sophomore season.
Neosho Community College: In a CoVID-19 shortened 2020, played in 16 games. He had a .455 batting average, scoring 26 runs, drove in 10 runs, had a .750 slugging percentage, walked 12 times, and had a.597 on base percentage. As a freshman in 2019 Jeffers appeared in 29 games, making 15 starts. He had a .245 batting average and had a .393 on base percentage. Jeffers was named team captain, was a Phi Theta Kappa member, and twice was named NJCAA Academic All-American.
High School: Jeffers earned four letters in baseball at Burlington High School. He was a three-time All-League selection, and a three-time Kansas 4A Division II All-State selection. Twice Jeffers was named Second Team All-State for all classes.
Personal: Son of Scot and Jody Jeffers ... biology and chemistry major. Jeffers plans on double majoring to obtain a doctorate in Dental Medicine. In the winter he helps run a waterfowl guide service.
