Wrestling Hosts Friends in Third and Final December Home Dual

OTTAWA, Kan. – The No. 6 Ottawa University men's wrestling team wraps up the last of three home duals in the month of December, hosting the Friends University Falcons on Thursday evening at 6 pm. The women's wrestling team will kick things off at 5 p.m. inside Wilson Field House.

Last Time Out for OU

The Braves are coming off a 52-0 dismantling of Oklahoma Wesleyan on Friday in their last dual. OU freshman Rocco D'Ascoli entertained in the most exciting match of the evening, winning by fall against OKWU's nationally ranked Jaden Welden. D'Ascoli pulled away in points in the third period, but continued to push to get the pin with five seconds remaining in the match.

Last Time Out for Friends

The Falcons fell to Benedictine 54-6 just last night, moving to a 1-3 dual record on the season.
