2012: Siefert redshirted his junior season.

Summer 2011: Siefert played in the Arizona Collegiate Wood Bat League with teammates Cole Meeks and Greg Wisner. He had seven appearances with two starts on the mound. Seifert had a 1-1 record with a 1.91 ERA and eight strikeouts in 14.1 innings pitched.

2011: Seifert split time between the varsity and junior varsity levels. On varsity he appeared in two games on the mound and nine as a position player. As a pitcher he had a 10.13 ERA with two strikeouts in 2.2 innings pitched. On the junior varsity level he appeared in three games and had a 10.80 ERA in 6.2 innings pitched.

2010: In his freshman season, Seifert split time between varsity and junior varsity. At the varsity level, he appeared in one game for the Braves. On junior varsity, Seifert appeared in seven games, had a record of 0-1, and an ERA of 7.62 in eight innings pitched.

High School: Seifert lettered one year in baseball for Millennium High School.
