Biography

Hayes is a 2013 All-KCAC Preseason Team selection.

2012: Hayes was one of the best kickoff returners in the NAIA in his redshirt freshman season. He finished the season ranked 30th in the NAIA in kickoff return yards per attempt (23) and 36th in kickoff return yards (437). Because of his play on the field, Hayes earned Second Team All-KCAC honors as a kick returner. He had a career high 104 yards rushing and 106 kickoff return yards against Southwestern College (10/6).  

2011: Hayes redshirted his freshman season.

High School: Hayes was a Second Team All-City defensive back for Southeast High School.

Personal: Son of Fred and Tammie Hayes ... born June 7, 1993 ... communications major. Hayes is also a member of the OU track and field team. He earned All-KCAC honors at the 2013 KCAC Indoor Track and Field Meet in the high jump.
