2013: Behr started all 12 games for OU at quarterback, earning Honorable Mention All-KCAC honors. He finished the season with a 157.5 passing efficiency rating, went 148-for-228 through the air, had 1,925 passing yards, completed 65 percent of his passes, threw for 18 touchdowns, and averaged 160.4 yards per game through the air. Behr also rushed for 688 yards on 154 attempts for a 4.5 yard per rush average. He rushed for nine touchdowns and averaged 57.3 yards per rush. Behr rushed for a career high 178 yards against Kansas Wesleyan University (11/2), threw for a season high 303 yards versus Southwestern College (10/26), and had a career high 393 yards of total offense against Kansas Wesleyan University (11/2).
Los Medanos College: In two seasons at LMC, Behr appeared in 19 games. He passed for 3,401 yards, averaging 245.5 yards per game and threw for 30 touchdowns. Behr was a two-time First Team All-Conference selection and was named team MVP both seasons. He threw for a career high 352 yards, completing 61 percent of his passes against Monterey College (9/22/12). Behr completed a career high 68 percent of his passes against West Valley College (9/29/12) and threw for a career high five touchdown passes against Shasta College (10/13/12).
High School: Behr was a three year letter winner at Deer Valley High School on the gridiron. He earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors as a sophomore and junior. Behr also earned First Team All-Conference honors as a senior.
